Project Overview
An Occupied Center, Inspected Without Disrupting Business
This approximately 28,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Merced represents the scope and coordination typical of our commercial engagements. As a fully occupied, income-producing property, the assignment required scheduling around active retail hours, walking each tenant space individually, and evaluating shared building systems and site infrastructure as a whole.
The result was a single, comprehensive report covering the roof, structure, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sewer infrastructure, and site conditions — supported by drone imagery and sewer scope video, and organized so ownership could act on findings by priority.
